Leadership with a Can-Do Spirit
Keith exemplifies what it means to be a leader at Raven. He takes ownership and sets great direction for his team to be successful. Running a satellite location comes with different challenges, and Keith takes them head-on.
Whether it's interpreting the drawings on the latest parachute prototype, making sure that everyone hears the latest company communications, or stepping up and leading a team in making hundreds of face masks for our teammates in a pandemic atmosphere, Keith handles it with a can-do spirit and positivity.
I really enjoy reviewing the Madison, SD performance with Keith. He has a great grasp on both the team members in the plant and the products being produced — and on top of that, he starts every call with checking in on how I am doing. We forget the human side of work sometimes. It is really refreshing working with Keith, as he brings it all together."
